DISCLAIMER When offering your bird a new toy you should always supervise the initial play. Even when all toy parts are bird safe and the toy is size appropriate, it is still possible that a bird somewhere out there will interact with a toy in a manner that will make it unsafe. An example of this would be say if you were to offer most birds a bird toy with parts, normally the bird would chew away at it however there are birds out there who don't want to just "chew" on the wood, they will actually "injest" it. Despite the toy being made of bird safe wood, if your bird is injesting it that toy is not safe for that particular bird and should be removed from their play area. ![]() Top Sites List |
